Second day in Finland.

 I woke up at 7:00 am and I had breakfast a sandwich and orange juice.🥪 Then I dressed, I went to the school and I learnt how the finnish have class.

 At 11:30 I had lunch meatballs and potatoes.

 I stayed with the teachers and the others students who went with me.

I went to the house and then I ski.

I had dinner meatballs and mashed potatoes. It was really good.

My sister Sofía, the girl who host Sofía, Sofía Acha, the girl who host Sofía Acha, Hilja and me watched a horror film “La monja” and we ate some sweets and chips.

I had a shower and  finally I went to sleep.

Me levanté a las 7:00 am y desayuné un sándwich y jugo de naranja. Luego me vestí. 

Fui a la escuela y aprendí cómo tienen clase los finlandeses. 

A las 11:30 almorcé albóndigas con patatas. Me quedé con los profesores y los demás alumnos que iban conmigo. 

Fui a la casa y luego esquié. 

Cené albóndigas y puré de patatas. Todo estaba muy bueno. 

Mi hermana Sofía, la chica que acoge a Sofía, Sofía Acha, la chica que acoge a Sofía Acha, Hilja y yo vimos una película de terror “La monja” y comimos unos dulces y patatas fritas.

 Me di una ducha y finalmente me fui a dormir.

First day in Finland.

 We arrived in Finland, Helsinki at 6:00am. Then we had breakfast in a café, where I drank a hot chocolate.

Then we took the train to Seinäjoki. At 11:20 we arrived at Seinäjoki and Ken, he is a teacher of Marttilan Koulu, brought us to the school and we had lunch, chicken with curry with rice. 
Then some students showed us their school.
Päivikki, a teacher of the school who showed us Seinäjoki, she showed the city hall, the church and the library.
Finally we went with our host family. I talked with the family, I had dinner, pasta, I had a shower and finally I went to sleep.
Llegamos a Finlandia, Helsinki a la 6:00 am. Después desayunamos en una cafetería, donde bebimos chocolate caliente.
Después cogimos el tren a Seinäjoki. A las 11:20 llegamos a Seinäjoki y Ken, es un profesor de Marttilan Koulu, nos llevó al colegio y comimos, pollo con curry con arroz.
Después algunos estudiantes nos enseñaron su colegio.
Päivikki una profesora del colegio nos enseñó Seinäjoki, nos enseñó el ayuntamiento, la iglesia y la biblioteca.
Finalmente nos fuimos con la familia de acogida. Estuve hablando con la familia, cené pasta, me duché y finalmente me fui a dormir.

Day 1 in Finland

The day started very exciting, when we arrived in Seinajoki after a long trip, Ken was waiting for us, who took us to the institute and fed us, later they gave us a tour of the city and we each went with our host families. It has been an incredible day.

El día empezó muy emocionante, cuando llegamos a Seinajoki después de un largo viaje, nos esperaba Ken, quién nos llevó al instituto y nos dieron de comer, después nos dieron un tour por la ciudad y fuimos cada uno con nuestras familias de acogida.

Ha sido un día increíble.

Attending a day of classes in Seinäjoki.

The cold morning air didn't deter us as we began our day in Seinäjoki. With temperatures hovering around minus nine degrees Celsius, we made our way to the institute under a sun that promised a beautiful day. Today, we immersed ourselves in classes alongside the local students.

We observed different teaching methods and new schedules that piqued our curiosity. However, it was the morning break at eleven o'clock that caught our attention the most, as we joined the students in the cafeteria to refuel.

Later, our own students share the essence of our school, presenting projects and activities that are part of our daily routine. The morning concluded with laughter and dancing to the rhythm of the Macarena and singing "Estrella Blanca," creating an atmosphere of shared joy.

After this lively session, we visited Lajeuden Risti church, a masterpiece by the renowned architect Alvar Aalto. We were impressed by its majesty and beauty. Then, we returned to the library, also designed by the same architect, once again exploring its peaceful halls.

To conclude our day in Seinäjoki, we had the privilege of meeting Nanna, one of the mothers who has opened her home to our students during these days. This encounter was the perfect finishing touch, filled with warmth and affection, adding a heartfelt touch to our experience.

El aire frío de la mañana no nos detuvo mientras comenzábamos nuestro día en Seinäjoki. Con menos nueve grados centígrados, nos dirigimos al instituto bajo un sol prometía un bien día. Hoy nos sumergimos  en las clases junto con al alumnado del centro.

Hoy observamos otros métodos de enseñanza junto a nuevos horarios que despertaron nuestra curiosidad. Sin embargo,  el descanso de las once de la mañana, es el que más nos ha llamado la atención asistiendo al comedor para reponer fuerzas.

Posteriormente, nuestros propios alumnos tomaron la palabra para compartir la esencia de nuestro centro, presentando proyectos y actividades que forman parte de nuestra rutina diaria. La mañana culminó con risas y bailes al ritmo de la Macarena y la entonación de "Estrella Blanca", creando un ambiente de alegría compartida.

Tras esta animada sesión, nos dirigimos a la iglesia Lajeuden Risti, una obra del renombrado arquitecto Alvar Aalto. Quedamos impresionados por su majestuosidad y belleza. Y volvimos a la biblioteca, también diseñada por el mismo arquitecto, recorriendo de nuevo sus apacibles salas.

Para concluir nuestro día en Seinäjoki, tuvimos el privilegio de conocer a Nanna, una de las madres que ha abierto las puertas de su hogar para nuestros alumnos durante estos días. Este encuentro fue el broche de oro perfecto, lleno de calidez y afecto, que añadió un toque entrañable a nuestra experiencia.

First day in Finland / Primer día en Finlandia

Gabriel: Llegamos al aeropuerto y hicimos todos los controles, entramos al avión y nos fuimos a nuestros sitios. Después de 6 horas, llegamos a Helsinki, cogimos las maletas y fuimos hacia la estación de trenes, el primer viaje de 10 min y el segundo de 3 horas.

Llegamos a Helsinki, un guía nos llevó hasta el colegio y fuimos a ver cosas típicas de aquí, cuando volvimos al colegio, mi compañero me llevó hacia su casa.

Jugamos al fortnite y comí la cena de su madre    (estuvo buena la comida), preparé mis cosas para el Martes y me fui a dormir.

We arrived at the airport and we did all the controls, we entered at the planes and we sat in our sits, After 6 horas, we arrived at Helsinki, we got our baggage and we went to the train station, the 1st trip was 10 minutes long and the 2nd trip of 3 hours.

We arrived at Helsinki, a guide took us to the school and we went to see típicas things from here, we got back to the school, my mate took me to his House

We played Fortnite and I ate the dinner of her mother (It tasted very good), I prepared my things to Tuesday and I fell slept.

Antonio:Llegamos al aeropuerto a las 10 y salimos a las 12:25 de la noche.Llegamos a Helsinki a las seis y paramos para desayunar en una cafetería en el aeropuerto.

Cogimos un tren de 10 minutos a Tikkurila y cogimos otro tren de 3 horas hasta Seinajöki.Un guía nos enseñó un poco la ciudad y nos fuimos al colegio y comimos allí.

Después me fui a la casa de Konsta(El niño) y jugamos con su play al FIFA y al fortnite.Cemamos a las 5 y fuimos a pasear al perro y a coger bicicletas para poder irnos con ellas al instituto.Nos comimos el snack nocturno,estuvimos en la sauna,nos duchamos y nos fuimos a dormir

We got to the airport at 10 and we left at 12:25 p.m.We arrived at Helsinki at six O'clock and we stopped to have breakfast in a cafe in the airport.

We caught a train of 10 minutes to Tikkurila and we caught another train of 3 hours to Seinäjoki.A guide showed us the city and we went to the school and ate there.

Later we went to Konsta's House(The boy) and we played FIFA and fortnite with his PlayStation.We had dinner at 5 and we walked the dog and went to caught the bicycles to go to the school.We ate the evening snack,we got to the sauna,we took a shower and we went to the bed to slept.

Yeray:

Today we traveled by airplane from Málaga to Helsinki,then we traveled by train from Helsinki to another city. Finally, we traveled from this other city to Seinäjoki. When we arrived on Seinäjoki, Ken, a teacher of the school, received us, and everybody went to the school. When we arrived at the school, there were many people. After, we went to class 6B, where our Erasmus’ partners were. Afterwards, the teacher showed us some buildings such as the church, the library… When we arrived at the school we went with our Erasmus’ family. I played with Aaron ‘Minecraft’ and spoke with him about his tastes and my tastes. Finally, I accompanied Leila and Aaron to walk with Tynne, their dog.

Hoy viajamos desde Málaga hasta Helsinki en avión, después, de Helsinki a otra ciudad en tren. Finalmente, desde la otra ciudad hasta Seinäjoki. Cuando llegamos a Seinajöki, Ken, un profesor de la escuela nos recibió y fuimos a ella. Cuando llegamos había muchas personas. Después, fuimos a la clase de 6B, donde estaban nuestros compañeros de Erasmus. Más tarde, la profesora nos enseñó diferentes edificios como la iglesia, la biblioteca… Cuando llegamos al colegio nos fuimos con nuestra familia de Erasmus. Jugué con Aaron a ‘ ‘Minecraft’ y hablamos sobre nuestros gustos. Finalmente, acompañé a Leila y a Aaron a pasear a Tyyne, su perro

Exploring Finland: Our Journey to Seinäjoki

Our exciting adventure began at Malaga Airport, where we boarded a flight to Helsinki at 00:40 in the morning. After a smooth flight, our expedition group landed on Finnish soil at six in the morning. Following a brief break to recharge, we headed towards Tikkurila. From there, we continued our journey to our final destination: Seinäjoki.

It was at this point that we reunited with Professor Ken, who kindly picked us up and drove us to the institute. A warm meal helped us recover from the journey before diving into the day's activities. A group of students showed us around the educational center, visiting the various classrooms.

To conclude our day, we explored the surroundings of the institute, marveling at the impressive architecture designed by Alvar Aalto. Despite feeling exhausted, every moment was maximized, leaving us with the promise of more exciting discoveries in this land of opportunities. What a memorable start to our adventure in Finland!

Nuestra emocionante aventura comenzó en el aeropuerto de Málaga, donde nos embarcamos hacia Helsinki a las 00:40 de la madrugada. Tras un vuelo tranquilo, nuestro grupo expedicionario tocó tierra finlandesa a las seis de la mañana. Después de una breve pausa para recargar energías, nos dirigimos hacia Tikkurila. Desde allí, continuamos nuestro viaje hacia nuestro destino final: Seinäjoki.

Fue en este punto donde nos reencontramos con el profesor Ken, quien gentilmente nos recogió y nos llevó al instituto. Una cálida comida nos ayudó a recuperarnos del viaje antes de sumergirnos en las actividades del día. Un grupo de alumnos nos mostró  el centro educativo, visitando las distintas aulas y espacios que lo componen.

Para culminar nuestra jornada, exploramos las inmediaciones del instituto, deleitándonos con la impresionante arquitectura diseñada por Alvar Aalto. Aunque agotados, cada momento fue aprovechado al máximo, dejándonos con la promesa de más descubrimientos emocionantes en esta tierra de oportunidades. ¡Qué comienzo tan memorable para nuestra aventura en Finlandia!

 Empezamos las movilidades de nuestro nuevo proyecto Erasmus + KA122-SCH “¡Europa cuenta contigo!” y esta vez con nuestros alumnos. ¡Lo conseguimos! Ya están listos para desplazarse a Seinäjoki (Finlandia) y aprender mucho en el centro educativo de acogida Marttilan Koulu school. 

Nos irán contando lo que están haciendo y aprendiendo.

We start the mobilities of our new Erasmus + KA112-SCH project “Europe counts on you!” and this time with our students. We got it!! They are ready to Kobe to Seinäjoki (Finland) to learn a lot at our hosting school Marttilan Koulu.
