4° Día en Atenas

 Jueves muy invernal en Atenas. Hoy nos hemos levantado con un tiempo muy invernal aquí en Atenas con lluvia y nieve que afortunadamente no ha llegado a cuajar. Durante la mañana hemos aprovechado para visitar la Biblioteca de Adriano y el Ágora Antigua. Tras el almuerzo, una simpática guía llamada Cynthia nos ha hecho un tour por los principales enclaves de la ciudad junto a nuestros compañeros del curso, luego hemos vuelto a nuestro lugar de formación para trabajar con Thinglink, una plataforma muy útil para creae mapas interactivas.

Very winter Thursday in Athens. Athens we have woken up with a very wintery weather here in with rain and snow that fortunately has not set. During the morning we have taken the opportunity to visit the Library of Hadrian and the Ancient Agora. After lunch, a friendly guide Cynthia has given us a tour of the main places in the city together with our classmates, then we have returned to our training place to work with Thinglink, a very useful platform for creating interactive maps.

3° Día en Atenas

Otro día más en Atenas aprovechado al máximo. Hoy nuestro curso sobre atención al alumnado con necesidades se ha desarrollado por la tarde por lo que la mañana la hemos aprovechado para hacer turismo y seguir conociendo esta ciudad cargada de historia. Hemos visitado la Acrópolis. Tras un agradable recorrido hemos descendido hacia el Ágora Romana llena también de restos arqueológicos. En la sesión de hoy de nuestro curso hemos profundizado en el alumnado con Discapacidad Intelectual y su intervención educativa. Tras el curso hemos visitado el estadio Panathenaic y hemos vuelto a la plaza Sintagma para ver el cambio de guardia en el Parlamento Griego.

Another day in Athens made the most of. Today our course on attention to students with needs has been developed in the afternoon so we have taken advantage of the morning to go sightseeing and continue getting to know this city steeped in history. We have visited the Acropolis. After a pleasant journey we have descended towards the Roman Agora, also full of archaeological remains. In today's session of our course we have delved into students with Intellectual Disabilities and their educational intervention. After the course we have visited the Panathenaic Stadium and we have returned to Syntagma Square to see the changing of the guard in the Greek Parliament.

2° Día en Atenas

 Segundo dia en la capital Griega. Hoy en nuestro curso hemos profundizado sobre el Autismo, sus principales características y herramientas y recursos para la intervención educativa. De igual manera, hemos visto las Dificultades Específicas de Aprendizaje. Una vez terminada la sesión de hoy, hemos visitado el Museo Arqueológico de la Acrópolis, un tesoro lleno de restos de la arquitectura y la escultura de la Antigua Grecia. Durante la tarde hemos visitado diversas zonas del centro de la ciudad donde hemos visto la catedral para terminar cenando con unas maravillosas vistas del Partenón iluminado.

Second day in the Greek capital. Today in our course we have delved into Autism, its main characteristics and tools and resources for educational intervention. Similarly, we have seen the Specific Learning Difficulties. Once today's session is over, we have visited the Archaeological Museum of the Acropolis, a treasure full of remains of the architecture and sculpture of Ancient Greece. During the afternoon we have visited various areas of the city center where we have seen the cathedral to end up having dinner with wonderful views of the illuminated Parthenon.

1º Día en Atenas

 

Primer día en Atenas aprovechado al máximo. Hemos empezado la mañana asistiendo al curso “We are All Special: Inclusion and support for students with special needs in and out of the classroom” en un centro de atención a alumnado con discapacidad llamado  Play by Mikres Istories.  La primera jornada ha consistido en una presentación de todos los asistentes y una visión general sobre el curso y sobre el concepto de discapacidad. Hemos tenido una magnifica ocasión para compartir con nuestros compañeros de Suecia y Portugal el tratamiento de la atención a la diversidad en nuestro centro y en Andalucía en general. Después del curso ha tocado algo de turismo y hemos conocido la plaza sintagma donde se ubica el Parlamento Griego y el popular barrio de Plaka. Tras una apetitosa comida disfrutando de la gastronomía griega hemos paseado por la Acrópolis para terminar cenando en la plaza Monastiraki. Una cena con unas impresionantes vistas al Partenón.

First day in Athens made the most of. We started the morning attending the course "We are All Special: Inclusion and support for students with special needs in and out of the classroom" in a center for students with disabilities called Play by Mikres Istories. The first day consisted of a presentation by all the attendees and an overview of the course and the concept of disability. We have had a magnificent opportunity to share with our colleagues from Sweden and Portugal the treatment of attention to diversity in our center and in Andalusia in general. After the course, he touched on some tourism and we visited Syntagma Square, where the Greek Parliament is located, and the popular neighborhood of Plaka. After an appetizing meal enjoying Greek gastronomy, we walked through the Acropolis to end up having dinner in Monastiraki square. A dinner with stunning views of the Parthenon.

 Hoy comenzamos una nueva movilidad en Atenas. El director y el orientador se han trasladado hasta Atenas para realizar el curso “We are all Special: Inclusion and Support for Students with Special Needs in and out of the Classroom" que tendrá lugar durante toda esta semana. ¡Disfrutad de la experiencia y aprended mucho!

Today, we start a new mobility in Athens. The headmaster and the school counselor have moved there to do the course “We are all Special: Inclusion and Support for Students with Special Needs in and out of the Classroom" that is going to take place during this week. Enjoy the experience and learn a lot!

Helsinki, día 5 (17 de diciembre de 2021)

Hoy hemos terminado nuestro curso en Helsinki y hemos recibido nuestros certificados. Ha sido un curso intenso e interesante al mismo tiempo. Volvemos con ganas de poner en práctica lo aprendido y seguir formándonos.

Today we have finished our course in Helsinki and we have received our certificates. It has been an intense and, at the same time, interesting course. We go back home looking forwards to implementing what we have learnt and to continuing our formation.

Después del curso, un paseo y almuerzo en el mercadillo navideño de Helsinki (perritos calientes con salchichas de reno y de ciervo).

After the course, a walk and lunch in the Christmas market in Helsinki (hot dogs with reindeer and deer sausages).

Our sightseeing takes us today to two temples:

La capilla de Kampii, una capilla laica construida para que cualquier persona de cualquier religión pueda ir a rezar o meditar.

The Kampii chapel, a secular chapel built for any person from any religion, so that they can pray or meditate.

Y la Iglesia de Temppeliaukio, una capilla luterana excavada en roca de granito, utilizada para actos religiosos, así como para conciertos.

And Temppeliaukio Church, a Lutheran chapel built into solid granite rock, used for religious events as well as for concerts.

Helsinki, día 4 (16 de diciembre de 2021)

 Nuestro último día de CLIL, esta vez creando diversas actividades usando piezas de Lego.

Our last day working with CLIL activities, this time creating different activities using Lego chunks.

Por ejemplo, una actividad para practicar la sintaxis y morfología de las oraciones.

For instance, an activity used for practising syntax and morphology of sentences.

O una clase de arte, recreando obras de Piet Mondrian.

Or an Art clases, recreating masterpieces by Piet Mondrian.

O una actividad de matemáticas.

Or a Maths activity.

Después, otro ratito de turismo, visitando la pintoresca calle Huvilakatu con sus casas coloridas. Al anochecer, a las 4 de la tarde, un agradable paseo por el centro de la ciudad.

Afterwards, again a bit of tourism, visiting the picturesque Huvilakatu street with its colourful houses. At dusk, at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon, a nice walk around the city centre.

Esta noche hemos quedado con nuestros compañeros franceses para cenar.

Tonight we have met our French colleagues for dinner.
