La última jornada de trabajo fue muy prolífera, era el momento de compartir nuestras buenas prácticas. En primer lugar, un representante de cada país presentó los proyectos desarrollado siguiendo el modelo de Design forChange (https://dfcspain.org).
The last day of work was very prolific, it was time to share our good practices. First, a representative from each country presented the projects developed following the Design for Change model (https://dfcspain.org).
Invanka, de Islandia, presentó su proyecto MultinationalSchool Community basado en la realización de actividades que fomenten el uso de la lengua islandesa tanto en su alumnado con en alumnado proveniente de otras culturas de modo que esta sirva como nexo de unión entre toda la comunidad.
Invanka, from Iceland, presented her Multinational School Community project based on carrying out activities that promote the use of the Icelandic language both in her students and in students from other cultures so that it serves as a link between the entire community.
Mirka, de Dinamarca, presentó The Little House, un proyecto destinado a buscar con el alumnado los aspectos que ellos ven necesarios cambiar y el camino a seguir para alcanzar los objetivos.

Nuestra compañera Rosario, de España, presentó nuestra reciente Convivencia Intercultural, la cual consiguió poner en común las diferentes culturas presentes en nuestro IES Bahía a través de una organización que involucró a todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa.
Our colleague Rosario, from Spain, presented our recent Intercultural Fair, which managed to share the different cultures present in the IES Bahía through an organization that involved all members of the educational community.
Ken, nos mostró el proyecto finlandés en el cual se hizo al alumnado el principal protagonista. Entre todos buscaron qué aspectos creían necesarios ser cambiados en su escuela para mejorar.
Ken, showed us the Finnish project in which the students were the main protagonist. Together they looked for what aspects they believed needed to be changed in their school to improve.
Ewa, de Polonia, nos volvió a mostrar su concierto benéfico, Cáritas, un proyecto que actualmente se sigue desarrollando en su escuela y que verá la luz el próximo 22 de junio. Todos nosotros estamos invitados a asistir de manera online y podremos contribuir a su causa.
Ewa, from Poland, once again showed us her charity concert, Charitas, a project that is currently being developed at her school and that will be released on June 22. All of us are invited to attend online and will be able to contribute to your cause.
Luego llegó el turno de presentar los proyectos desarrollados en los diferentes países basados en el cómo aplicamos la democracia en nuestras clases teniendo a nuestro alumnado como los principales protagonistas. Destaca el proyecto presentado por Patrick (Dinamarca) sobre cómo han organizado los alumnos de séptimo grado una serie de actuaciones que luego representaron en un concurso del estilo Got Talent. Nuestro compañero Borja les mostró las funciones de los Ecodelegados en nuestro centro, los cuales tienen un importante rol para hacer conscientes el resto de compañeros de la importancia de tener una actitud proactiva hacia el medio ambiente. En la misma línea, los compañeros finlandeses también nos hablaron de la existencia de un Consejo Estudiantil en su escuela, muy parecido a lo que nos mostraron los compañeros polacos. Por último, Ivanka (Islandia), como ha desarrollado con los más pequeños un plan muy motivador para fomentar la comprensión lectora.
Estamos seguros de que podremos sacar algo provechoso de todas experiencias para pronto aplicarlas en nuestro centro.
Then it was the turn to present the projects developed in the different countries based on how we apply democracy in our classes with our students as the main protagonists. The project presented by Patrick (Denmark) stands out on how seventh grade students have organized a series of performances that they later performed in a Got Talent-style contest. Our colleague Borja showed them the functions of the Ecodelegates in our center, who have an important role in making other colleagues aware of the importance of having a proactive attitude towards the environment. Along the same lines, the Finnish colleagues also told us about the existence of a Student Council in their school, very similar to what the Polish colleagues showed us. Finally, Ivanka (Iceland), as she has developed a very motivating plan with the little ones to promote reading comprehension.
We are sure that we will be able to get something useful from all experiences to soon apply them in our school.
Tras las presentaciones, asistimos a una performance de los estudiantes más mayores en la que nos enseñaron un baile típico polaco, La Polinaise. Luego nos animaron a bailarlo con ellos, ¡fue muy divertido!
After the presentations, we attended a performance by the older students in which they taught us a typical Polish dance, La Polinaise. Then they encouraged us to dance it with them, it was so much fun!
Y ya llegó el momento de las despedidas, cerrándose este proyecto, pero viendo en el horizonte nuevos encuentros y nuevos proyectos que hacer juntos. Esto no es un adiós, sino un hasta luego.
And the time has come for the farewells, closing this project, but seeing new meetings and new projects to do together on the horizon. This is not a goodbye but a see you later.
